Refund Policy
Last updated: 14 October 2026
This policy explains how cancelling and refunds work for ReadyHermes subscriptions. It is part of our Terms of Service. Nothing in it limits the rights you have under the consumer law of the country you live in.
1. Free trial
Every new account starts with a free 30-minute trial. No payment details are taken for it, so there is nothing to refund.
2. Cancelling
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account. You are not charged again after cancelling, and you keep your plan until the end of the month you have already paid for.
3. Refunds
Plans are billed monthly in advance. We do not give refunds for partial months or unused time, except where the law requires it.
If you are a consumer in the UK or EU, or another country that gives you a legal right to withdraw from a purchase, that right applies as described in our Terms of Service and, for orders paid through Paddle, in Paddle's Refund Policy.
If we charged you by mistake, for example twice for the same month or after you had cancelled, we refund the amount we charged by mistake.
4. How to ask for a refund
Email support@readyhermes.com from the address on your account and tell us which charge it is about.
If you paid through Paddle, our merchant of record for those orders, you can also ask Paddle directly at paddle.net. Paddle handles the refund, and its Refund Policy applies to those orders.
Refunds go back to the payment method you used. How long they take to show depends on your bank or card issuer.
