Hermes Agent is an open-source AI agent created by Nous Research. It has persistent memory, creates reusable skills from experience, can run scheduled tasks and use tools such as web search, and can be reached from messaging apps.

ReadyHermes hosts Hermes Agent for you and lets it work in your accounts: it can draft customer replies, chase follow-ups, write quotes and run daily jobs in Gmail, Calendar and Docs. Instead of renting a server, installing Docker and configuring model keys, you create an account and get your own running Hermes Agent in about 10 seconds.

Every paid plan includes $1 of AI every month on DeepSeek V4.1 Flash, a fast and capable model: roughly 100 everyday requests, the same on Lite and Pro. It renews on your billing date. If it runs out sooner, your agent tells you the day it renews. To keep going, add your own key from OpenRouter, OpenAI, Claude, Gemini or another provider: there is no AI limit from us on your own key, and your provider bills you directly.

After that, Lite is $3.99 a month (regularly $5) and Pro is $6.99 a month (regularly $10), and the price shown is the total you pay. The price stays the same when your plan renews, and you can cancel anytime. Tell us by email or live chat to stop early and we refund the days left in that month.

The hour starts when your agent first runs. When it is up, your agent pauses. Choose a plan within 24 hours and it carries on with its memory and files; otherwise it is deleted.

Your agent runs in its own isolated environment, and your account and agent data are stored in the EU. To write a reply, your message is sent to the AI model provider, which may be outside the EU. Your agent keeps working until the end of the period you paid for. It then stops, and we delete it 7 days later unless you subscribe again. If you would rather stop straight away, tell support by email or live chat and we refund the days left in your billing month, counted from the day we get your message and worked out by the day.

Yes. In Bot tools, paste a one-time auth key from your own Tailscale account and your agent joins your private network. Bot tools then shows the exact command to run, such as ssh root@<its name>, from any of your devices. No port is opened to the public internet, and you can disconnect it at any time.

Yes. In Bot tools you can browse your agent's files, upload, download and rename them, save a backup of your agent as a .zip, and restore it later. Settings we manage for you, like the AI model and connected chat apps, aren't part of a restore.

Yes. Turn on the API endpoint in Bot tools to get an OpenAI-compatible address and key. Use it from your own scripts, servers and apps, or any tool that speaks the OpenAI API from a computer rather than a web page.

Yes, if you want it to. Run the one-line command shown under My computer in Bot tools, choose which folders it may use and approve. Your agent can then read files in those folders when you ask. Saving files and running commands are separate permissions that stay off unless you turn them on, and you can disconnect the computer at any time.

No. ReadyHermes runs your Hermes Agent on our servers, so there is nothing to download and no command to run: create an account and it is ready in about 10 seconds. If you want Hermes on your own computer as well, it installs with one command from the official Hermes site; our install guide walks through it.

Yes. Your agent runs in the cloud, so you use it from any browser on Windows, Mac, Linux, a Chromebook or a phone, or from chat apps. If you connect your own computer under My computer, Windows, Mac and Linux are all supported.

No. Hermes Desktop is a free app from Nous Research, and by default it runs Hermes on your own computer, so it stops while that computer sleeps. ReadyHermes is your own agent on a server that stays on, with AI included. You can use both: connect the desktop app to your ReadyHermes agent from Channels, under Hermes Desktop.

Yes. Hermes Agent saves reusable methods as skills and improves them as it works. On a paid plan its background skill review is on; during the free trial hour that review is paused, but you can still ask it to save how it did a job as a skill. Skills can be included when you download a backup from Bot tools.

DeepSeek, yes: the included AI is DeepSeek V4.1 Flash, and on a paid plan you can add your own DeepSeek key. A model running on your own computer, such as Ollama, cannot be connected directly: the own-endpoint option needs a public https address on port 443, and localhost or private addresses are refused.
